We had a wet floor because of the water hose from the heat pump and air conditioner. The drain...was stopped up and in a place that could not be reached. I thought I had a leak under the house and I can't get under there to look for it. The plumber...came and gave it a look and showed me the photo of the failure. There was a setback in that we couldn't get the water shut off at the meter, but he returned and got that taken care of and then fixed the leak. Given the conditions it went well and I am very happy with the service I got.read more
